After arriving in Kunming, transfer to Xishuangbanna. We will pick you up at airport and transfer you to hotel for hotel check-in.

Day 2: Xishuangbanna

Attractions & Activities: Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden, Manzhang Village

Begin your Xishuangbanna tour with a visit to the Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden to explore China's biggest botanical garden that houses tens of thousands of exotic flowers and plants. You’ll also visit the Manzhang Village, a well-preserved Dai ethnic old village where the skilled Dai people are self-sufficient in their daily lives. In the village, you can experience making pottery and paper with the skilled locals.

Day 3: Xishuangbanna

This day, you're going to visit the Dai Ethnic Culture Village, Mengle Grand Buddhist Temple, and Manting Park to explore the unique ethnic culture of Dai people. The Mengle Grand Buddhist Temple is a magnificent spiritual landmark in Xishuangbanna, featuring Buddhist culture and Dai ethnic style buildings and gardens. Also, you can experience the super fun & exciting Water-Splashing Festival events there.
 
The Manling Park with over 1,300 years of history is the oldest park in Xishuangbanna. It was once the imperial garden of the Xishuangbanna Dai kings, showcasing the culture of the Dai royal family, Buddhist culture, and Dai folk culture.

Day 4: Xishuangbanna-Jingmai Mountain

The Laodabao Music Town is the birthplace of Lahu ethnic culture, hailed as the “Vienna in the Valley”. Almost everyone in the town can play instruments and sing, although the don’t truly know musical knowledge. In the town, you can enjoy the vibrant traditional Lahu music performed by locals.
 
The Nuogan Ancient Village rests deep in the Jingmai Mountain tea forests. The old Dai village is one of the most primitive ethnic villages in China, where generations have been making a living by growing tea.

Day 5: Jingmai Mountain

Attractions & Activities: Wengji Bulang Ancient Village, Golden Pagoda, The Old Tea Forests of the Jingmai Mountain

Close to Nuogan Ancient Village lies another primitive ethnic village Wengji Bulang Ancient Village. The Bulang ethnic village is as beautiful as the Nuogan Village and also evolve to now by tea cultivation.
 
After exploring the two ancient villages, we’ll take you to explore the famous Old Tea Forests of the Jingmai Mountain. The place is the largest & best-preserved ancient tea forest in the world and is also the world's first World Cultural Heritage Site related to tea culture. At the heritage site, you can immerse yourself in the vast tea forest, enjoy the rich tea aroma, and you can also experience tea picking and making in person to explore the fun tea making process.

Day 6: Jingmai Mountain-Kunming

This day, we'll drive from Jingmai Mountain to Pu'er, and take HSR to Kunming. After arrival in Kunming, we'll send you to hotel or airport, and our happy tour will be successfully wrapped up.

Price Notice

Child prices: Children under 3 years old are free, children aged 4-6 years old are 50% of the adult price (Not occupying a bed), children aged 7-11 years old are 70% of the adult price (occupying a bed and tickets), and children aged 12 years and above are charged at the adult price.
